Refund and Returns Policy

All products offered on this website are digital products. Because digital files cannot be “returned,” all purchases are considered final once the files have been accessed or downloaded.

We aim to be as transparent as possible so customers can make informed decisions before purchasing.

1. Digital Products Are Non-Refundable

  • Once a digital product has been downloaded, opened, or accessed, no refunds can be issued.
  • Digital files can be saved, copied and used immediately, which is why returns are not possible.

Please review the product information carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Memberships & Bundles Are Non-Refundable

We offer individual products as an alternative for customers who do not wish to commit to a monthly or annual bundle.

Because membership bundles provide significant savings and unlimited downloads during the active subscription period:

  • All membership and bundle purchases are final.
  • No refunds will be given for monthly or annual bundles.
  • Please ensure that a subscription is the right option for you before purchasing.

3. If You Experience Download Issues

If you have any difficulty downloading files or accessing your subscription:

We will gladly assist in resolving technical issues so you can access the designs you have paid for.

4. License & Permitted Use

All digital designs purchased or accessed through a subscription include:

✔ Commercial print use

You may print the designs as many times as you like, for use on physical products (e.g., tumblers, apparel, etc.).

✘ Digital resale is NOT allowed

You may not:

  • Resell the digital files
  • Share, trade or redistribute the designs
  • Upload the digital designs to other marketplaces
  • Claim the artwork as your own
  • Share your login details with others

Copyright remains with the original designer at all times.

5. Account Usage Rules

To protect our work and keep prices affordable:

  • Each subscription is for one user and one printing location.
  • If you have multiple branches or locations, you must purchase additional subscriptions.
  • Accounts showing multiple IP addresses, unusual access patterns, or suspected sharing may be temporarily suspended for investigation.

Illegal distribution of our designs harms our ability to continue creating new artwork and offering affordable pricing.
