    These Terms & Conditions govern your use of tumblerwrap.co.za, including all digital designs, subscriptions, and services offered on the website. By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to these terms.

    If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase our products.

    1. Definitions

    • “We”, “us”, “our” refers to tumblerwrap.co.za and its owners.
    • “You”, “user”, “customer” refers to anyone accessing or using the website.
    • “Digital products” refer to downloadable files such as PNGs, JPGs, SVGs, templates, graphics, and any artwork available on the site.
    • “Subscription” or “Membership” refers to monthly or annual access packages offered on the website.

    2. Use of the Website

    You may use the website for lawful purposes only.
    You may not use it to:

    • Access content without paying
    • Attempt to bypass security or login systems
    • Share your login details with others
    • Reverse engineer or redistribute any designs

    Any abuse or misuse may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

    3. Digital Product Licensing

    All designs on tumblerwrap.co.za come with a commercial print license.

    You MAY:

    • Use the designs on physical products (e.g., tumblers, shirts, mugs)
    • Print unlimited physical copies for resale
    • Use designs for your own business printing only

    You MAY NOT:

    • Resell or redistribute the digital files
    • Give the files to other businesses or individuals
    • Upload the digital artwork to any marketplace (Etsy, Creative Market, etc.)
    • Claim the artwork as your own
    • Create digital derivatives to resell
    • Package multiple designs and resell as a bundle

    Copyright remains with the original designer at all times.

    4. Subscription Access

    Subscriptions grant you access to digital products for the duration of your active subscription.

    4.1. Access Duration

    • Access is valid only while your subscription is active and paid.
    • Once a subscription expires or is cancelled, access to subscription-only content ends.
    • Any designs downloaded while membership was active remain yours to use under the license rules.

    4.2. Download Limits

    At this time, we do not impose download limits. Abuse or excessive automated downloading may trigger a review.

    5. Account Usage & IP Monitoring

    Each subscription is for one user and one printing location.

    The following are NOT permitted:

    • Sharing account details
    • Multiple branches using one account
    • Multiple users using the same login
    • Logging in from different businesses or households
    • Running automated download scripts

    Our system monitors IP addresses and download patterns.

    If suspicious activity is detected, the account may be:

    • Temporarily suspended
    • Investigated
    • Permanently blocked if misuse is confirmed

    You may purchase additional subscriptions for multiple users or locations.

    6. Refunds & Returns

    All products are digital and cannot be returned.

    Therefore:

    • No refunds are provided once files are downloaded.
    • Subscriptions (monthly or yearly) are non-refundable.
    • Customers may choose to purchase designs individually if they prefer not to subscribe.

    7. Copyright Notice

    All content on this website—including images, graphics, designs, descriptions, and branding—is protected by copyright law.

    You do not gain ownership of any design. You are purchasing a license to print it for physical products.

    Any unauthorised distribution or file sharing may result in:

    • Account suspension
    • Legal action
    • Loss of access
    • Damages claimed for losses caused by piracy

    We keep pricing affordable to prevent the need for piracy, and we appreciate your support in protecting our work.

    8. Privacy

    We respect your privacy.
    Personal information is collected only for:

    • Order processing
    • Account access
    • Subscription management
    • Communications related to your account or offers

    We do not sell or share your information with third parties unless required by law.

    9. Website Availability & Changes

    We aim to keep the website running smoothly; however:

    • We may modify or remove products at any time.

    10. Limitation of Liability

    • We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect usage of files
    • We are not liable for any errors in printing or production
    • Designs are provided “as-is”

    Under South African law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

    You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
